  • Condition: Products must be unopened and in their original, sealed packaging
  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide your order confirmation email or order number

3.1 Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Products that have been opened or used
  • Products with broken or tampered seals
  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling
  • Products purchased more than 30 days ago

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Receive Authorization: Wait for our customer service team to confirm your return eligibility and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  3. Package Your Item: Securely package the product in its original packaging, include your RMA number
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to the address provided in your return authorization email
  5. Await Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund

5. Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • You received an incorrect item
  • You received a damaged or defective item
  • There was an error on our part

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your return. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

6. Refunds

6.1 Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 business days.
